• This is a highly attended event with mainly ONE of each food types -
Can you deliver FAST? (it is not like markets, it is high paced, high turnaround event)
• There are costs
$450 - $800 depending on your power requirements. (food vans)
$295 - $620 drinks and desert vans
• Looking at the demographic of the event, we are expecting to supply VEGAN and VEGETARIAN OPTIONS - if you have these options, please mention so.
• We Bump in on THURSDAY
(or you can come very early on FRIDAY ready to open on FRIDAY morning 8.30am which means your trailer / vehicle must be off the premises by 8.00am)
• Please be SPECIFIC about your power requirements. Absolutely every power point and WHAT will be on it - we have done too many events with power shorting out because someone didn't mention the cold room! Power can be as much as $145 PER OUTLET - so discuss this with our site manager.

Possibility of some morning snacks, a BIG Lunch AND an early dinner crowd.
People spend most of their time queued up to see houses - quick snacks they can hold in queues are particularly popular. There is also a seated food court area.
TO SERVICE 10k -15k attendees (inc children), we require:-
2 x coffee
2 x desserts
5 x food
2 x cold drinks
Note: If tickets sell out - we may add another Coffee / Drink / Dessert supplier.
