If you have been overseas; If you have visited a Covid Hotspot; If you have been directed to self isolate; If you have been in direct contact with a Covid-19 patient; If you are feeling unwell, coughing, flu-like, fatigued.... PLEASE DO NOT COME TO THE EXPO AT ALL. Request a cancellation, and stay at home until you are 100% safe and not at risk of infecting a large number of visitors to the event.
Think of Others and how even a small outbreak at a large event such as this would effect so many people. Don't take a risk on everyone's behalf.
You will find our Expo to be relatively relaxed as an OUTSIDE VENUE with constant fresh air. Be more mindful in the toilets, inside Tiny homes and in the food court of heightened hygiene practises.
While Queuing, please remain physically distanced. Keep you family close together and step away from everyone else. Inspect each home and step outside to chat to the Home Builders in their outside marquee.
Hand Sanitiser is provided. Please use on arrival and on exit to the venue. Please use before and after using the toilet facilities. Please use before and after touching products. Regular hand washing is the best defence against spreading infection.
We follow each state for QR APP 'sign in' to each event. It is important that your follow the rules of the region you are attending.
You are free to choose to wear a mask unless there is mandatory mask wearing in place. We recommend wearing a mask whilst inside a Tiny Home, however this is not a condition of entry. Try not to touch your face. If you need to cough or sneeze, use a tissue or the inside of you elbow. THINK ABOUT YOUR DISTANCE FROM PEOPLE. Please do not co-mingle in the aisles, entry/exits, food outlets and parking areas.
If you feel unwell during the event, the Medic Tent is located at the entrance. Make it clear that you are suffering symptoms that could possibly be Covid19 related, so trained First Aid providers can best help you, and others, who could get infected.
WE ARE PLEASED THAT QLD HAS EASED THIS REQUIREMENT FROM 14th APRIL 2022.
Vaccination status (requiring proof of double vaccination) is not something we wish to participate in.
However, VICTORIA are still requiring this as a condition of holding an event. (NOT NSW or QLD)
We feel that these conditions may be lifted alongside other common-sense easing of conditions to OUTDOOR events. Any change is updated on our FAQS, FACEBOOK EVENT PAGE and here on our website.
We are watching closely and hoping for all-inclusive events moving forward through Covid conditions.
